It is not about running fastest. It’s not about running the farthest. It’s about coming out to support the local community and those that gave their lives in the name of serving others.

Cleveland Heroes Run takes participants on an either a 5-mile race or 2-mile race/walk through the local community. Every person sets their own pace and everyone has won before the event has even begun.

Both Races start and finish at Saint Joseph Academy in Cleveland. The 5-mile course will run through the Cleveland Metroparks. The 2-mile fun run/walk will be on Rocky River Drive.

There is also a kids only race, for children 7 and younger, that begins after the 5-mile race. Although registration is required for the kids race, no entry fee applies. We want everyone to get involved in this great event.

For those of you who embrace the competitive spirit — awards will be presented at the end of the races to the top three finishing male and female racers in a plethora of age groups and categories.

Plus, those that pre-register before September 18th will get a commemorative long-sleeved Race T-Shirt, post-race refreshments, and a goodie bag.
